I've had these underwear for a few months now. I've been very heavy periods since going off the pill am not able to sleep through the night without emptying my diva cup. It was so aggravating and made me anxious when I would have leaks. I still have to wake up & empty my cup, but I'm no longer anxious about leaks. I've also worn these to a concert when I was concerned about leakage and limited access to a bathroom. (Although as others have noted, they do make a little noise, I was less concerned about the noise than I was about leakage that day.) My only regret is that I ordered 2 pair and wish I had ordered a 3rd. These take quite a while to air dry & if I have a particularly large leak or a busy travel day where I can't hang them to dry, it would be nice to have a 3rd pair at the ready. Would definitely recommend to others.

I bought these as post partum underwear to wear after my c section and they have been a lifesaver! A month out and I'm still wearing them because they are the most comfortable for my incision/belly and they really do catch all of the leaks from PP bleeding (and it washes out really easily from the material). I personally love the large, mesh underwear they give you in the hospital, but I ran out at home, so I bought these in a XL and they worked great! I'm 5'2" and currently 125 lbs (110 pre-preg) and they fit loosely but that's how I wanted them. Great product for anyone who just had a baby!

This is a much better value and way more comfortable! I will wear these to bed on my bad nights and it has helped catch leeks, no mess on the bed. As I mentioned I feel these are more comfortable as well. I felt like my cheeks hung out too much to be comfortable. It could have been the style I got but I've heard others complain as well. These feel comfortable and secure. I definitely recommend these!

Funny that this review will pop up under my husbands name. Oh well.Wear your tampon/pads/cups just like you normally do. What this does is takes the worry out of inevitable leaks. I went to visit family and was nervous that the guest bedroom had white sheets on. I woke up and had a leak but none escaped. It all stayed safely in the underwear. I also had a malfunction with my cup one day and had decided to go without my pad. I was super nervous but when I got home no blood had escaped. It really absorb so it really comfortable but none got on my clothes
